Stats and techniques — distribute points and choose ability mastery. Learning a prerequisite unlocks the next techniques in its chain.
Power sources — available elemental affinities, gifts and contracts unlock related abilities. The world sets limits and compatibility.
Price — unused package capacity earns a discount. The game master can set a separate minimum for rare powers and items.
Review — the application shows your writing sample, full kit, author and submission time. A paid build is purchased after approval; its powers are not granted before payment.
