The world store used to carry items and currency, and techniques were learned from mentors. Now a world has its own store page — and abilities are sold there too, priced for your role.
Page — every world gets its own /store: Abilities, Items, Currencies, folders by school and a rank filter. Guests see prices, members buy
Role pricing — the GM sets the rules: role conditions change the price, the role's donation weight adds a markup. The catalog quotes the price for your character specifically
Card — art with rank, school, condition chips, “Already learned”. The price tag's color tells you what to pay with: gold — bonus Hap will do, blue — real only
Outcome — after moderation you get a letter: what was granted, why it was declined, or that your Hap came back
A technique locked for your role doesn't hide: instead of a button the card shows the reason, not a faceless server refusal.
